SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A woman and two 12-year-old girls were injured Thursday in a three-car wreck on Florin Road.A suspected drunken driver may have caused the wreck, the California Highway Patrol said.Witnesses said a gold Toyota Corolla headed west on Florin Road tried to turn onto Fletcher Farm Drive when a swerving blue Mazda pickup truck drove into the Toyota's path.The two cars crashed. The truck continued on Florin Road and then drove off into a field, witnesses said.A blue Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck then rear-ended the Toyota. That driver was not injured.Three people who were in the Toyota were taken to a hospital. The woman and one of the girls who were in the car suffered major head trauma, the CHP said.The pickup driver admitted to officials that he had drunk a few beers.He suffered minor head lacerations.It's unknown at this time if the suspected drunken driver will face any charges.
