Pilot Disappears After Leaving Truckee Airport

TRUCKEE, Calif. -- A search is under way for a pilot who disappeared in his plane.

Clayton Beck, 37, left the Truckee-Tahoe Airport at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday and was expected in Reno for an afternoon meeting.

Beck was last seen in a two-seat white RV-6 aircraft with blue and red stripes, with tail No. N27WR.
